The meeting started with a welcome speech by host partner of the project – Mr. Ivan Häuser who welcomed the partners, representatives from the partners and the young people representing the “Rules” of the 3-day activity.
Ivan presented the participants of the learning activity from all the countries involved (Denmark, Italy, Greece, Belgium & Germany).
The young people presented themselves to the partners and their colleagues from all the countries.
The Italian partners from Sintagmi, Mrs Paola Conti and Angela Bizzarro conducted a brainstorm session where the young participants contributed with their own thoughts about “Active Citizenship”.
The “Copenhagen as a Classroom” followed where the 5 groups of young people interviewed Danish NGOs in Copenhagen with the guidance of Mrs Ditte Marie Egebjerg, Denmark.
As soon as the young people completed the interviews in the organisation in Copenhagen, they returned to the Lygten School in order to share their interview experiences with the partners and the other groups.
After each presentation of the various modules, the young participants were asked to complete evaluation questionnaires related to the presentations of the respective modules.
The partners agreed on practical issues regarding the second learning activity that will take place in Rome, Italy within March 2023.
All the participants received the certificate of attendance in a dedicated ceremony.
