Kick-off meeting to build a team for effective cooperation during two years, to achieve a common understanding on the ways and approaches of our work, to deepen, share and clarify all aspects of the management and implementation.
During the meeting we were work on the project planning, get to know each other, worked out strategy for co-creating the activities and outcomes.
